    Summer,
A ‘law’ or idea who’s time has come…awhile ago, I observed this middle-aged female driving down the Interstate, her McDonald’s tray on the dashboard, a newspaper and telephone to her ear…what was even scarier part of this situation was the three young toddlers in the back seat…can you imagine?
People have become numb to most anything that makes sense..thankfully, you can’t smoke in any public building in Colorado now..at least this harmful and annoying habitual use of carcinogenic producing tobbaco, has vanished.

I’m in agreement with Dennis Buksntis about cell phone usage in a Moving vehicle. If a need to talk is more important than focusing upon the responsibilities of driving, then there are a lot of Idiots going past me (head on), which sends chills down my back. Worth remembering that 2 vehicles going towards each other at 30 MPH makes for a 60 MPH crash–enough to kill! Lest we forget about the overpowered sound systems in the vehicles of our youths–totally masking their (probably already deaf)ears ability to hear anything else around them, including emergency vehicles. Its difficult to legislate common sense, but since so many insist on doing such stupid things, in thae name of their own convenience, something can be and should be done to make it a criminal instance when “bad things happen”
